Well, I’ve been holding off posting an update on Gatsby and her boys, Poe, Parker (who used to be Scout), and Carter. Today, as the mercury rises, I figured it was as good a time as any to put a progress report into the wilds of Cyberia.
As you can see, they are all on solid food, though they still enjoy bottle treats when offered. Baby Carter has everyone wrapped around his little white paws–something about his miniature stature and wise, wise visage. Not that Poe and Parker get short changed, by any means. In fact, as the eldest, Poe insisted on his own picture here:
As for the rest…Enjoy the following video. And forgive the schmaltz. What can I say, I’m a sucker for the kids and a Melissa Etheridge song.

Absolutely adorable!
Thanks–The credit is all theirs.
what an amazingly adorably divine video. i love the peel downs. what precious kitties. the song choice is so beautful. i hadn’t heard that melissa etheridge selection before. great choice. got me choked up. the little one is so scrumptious. and what a handsome ginger boy. a great combination of stills & live action. i do need to get on & learn this technique. great filmaker is evident in this creative production. and lots of love there. <3<3<3 ~the secret keeper~ jennifer
Thanks, Jennifer–Big brother Sanji wants to be in the next one–if for nothing other than Carter scale.
isn’t that like the giant & the lilliputions?
You’ll have to wait for the pictures.
Reblogged this on the secret keeper and commented:

Thanks, Jen.
Thanks for the update! Are you sure that Carter won’t fit in an overnight envelope?
Nope–he’s a Vermonter, through and through. His little paws have dug deep in Green Mt soil.
Isn’t it amazing how much we can love these little creatures. They are so adorable. I absolutely LOVE my cat too. One day I will tell you her amazing story! THAT will make you cry too. Lovely video, Shawn and great song choice. Schmaltz is good…
I love how every cat, like every person has their own story. I think of the little ones who have found their way into the Depot Street Gang–lost, discarded, looking to make their way…to find a place ot of the elements with good food and plenty of hugs…
In that one picture, they look almost as big as the mommy. Cool video! And great music choice.
Poe and Parker are getting there–they’s lean and lanky like Mom–with her big ears.
